Web Of Debt Author Ellen Brown in Tucson

Job in Jeopardy? Savings, Home Equity – Gone?

Still think economics, money and banking are boring; don’t concern you? What IS money anyway - or what should it be?

Join Democracy for America- Tucson for a special event. Civil litigation attorney and author Ellen Brown, JD will be in Tucson to discuss her latest timely book: The Web of Debt. Ms. Brown will explain high-finance, the roots of the current economic mess and what can be done to secure a stable, prosperous future for ourselves and our children. A panel of local experts will add to the discussion.

America's Web of Debt:

When: January 17th, 2009, 1 PM
Where: St. Mark's Presbyterian Church, 3809 E. 3rd St., Tucson
(South of Speedway, West of Alvernon)
Cost: $5

American Free Press:

"This may well be one of the most important books you will ever read. Ms. Brown has taken two subjects considered boring – history and monetary policy – and turned them into a book as thrilling as any Tom Clancy novel, except that this book is true. . . . If you are looking to have an understanding of the monetary mess we are in, this is an excellent historical overview with some truly elegant and ingenious ideas about correcting the problems we presently face. As you read this book you may find yourself feeling like "Neo" in The Matrix, newly awakened from the slumber of ignorance and deceit. Best of all, she offers viable solutions to the problems that have plagued our planet for millennia."

– – John Tiffany, American Free Press, April 21, 2008
